Looking for Long Term Employees for a Growing Company Post - Frame Construction Worker Job Requirements: Post-Frame experience preferred. Framers/Siders/Roofers Working knowledge of construction skills and tools Cleaning and preparing construction sites Loading and unloading materials and equipment Following instructions from supervisor/foreman and implementing construction plans Assisting skilled tradesmen in their duties Ensure safe work environment Interact professionally with customers, trade partners and suppliers/vendors Other duties that arise Supply own Work boots, gloves, basic tools and etc. Pre-Employment Drug Screen Test Skills & Requirements: Hard working & dependable Physical strength and stamina Ability to lift 15 - 50 lbs repeatedly Self-starter Positive Can-do Attitude Open to direct instruction Flexibility to changing tasks and assignments Willingness to learn new skills and attend technical training Willingness to travel WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday - Friday Typical 4 day work week Work 36 hrs get paid for 40 MUST HAVE Valid Driver License MUST HAVE Reliable Transportation DRUG-FREE Workplace Opportunity For Advancement Job sites vary, but are generally in the outlying areas of the Greater Portland, Oregon metro area. Employees are expected to meet at job sites when in the Portland metro/rural areas. Job sites outside of the area are subject to travel reimbursements and/or per diem. Pay is dependent on experience.
