Support events, maintain safety, and keep facility in top shape. This hands-on role helps ensure events run smoothly and the grounds remain safe, clean, and in good repair. Pay: $17.50-$18.50 DOE - wage determine based on experience Schedule: Monday - Friday Day Shift, this will be adjusted as needed during Fair Season including evening and weekend hours Location: Salem, OR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform repairs to barns, buildings, fences, and other facilities • Keep public areas clean and event-ready • Identify and resolve safety issues around the grounds • Complete preventative maintenance tasks • Work both independently and as part of a team to support daily operations QUALIFICATIONS: • Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious • Comfortable with physical tasks and working outdoors • Ability to work with tools and perform general maintenance • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills • Previous maintenance, painting and a construction background required REQUIRED: Valid driver's license & insurable driving record.
