We manage multiple apartments in South Salem and surrounding areas. We are looking for a full-time maintenance person/painter to join our team. Duties to include but not limited to: Indoor and outdoor painting, general apartment maintenance. Pool Experience helpful but not required This is a full-time position, work hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to different properties, a valid driver's license, and current car insurance. Paint Sprayer experience would be helpful Need to be detail oriented and able to work independently.
