We pride ourselves on delivering precision, reliability, and outstanding service to our clients across industries. 🛠️ What You'll Do As our Commercial Construction Estimator, you'll play a critical role in shaping project success from the ground up by analyzing project specifications, developing cost estimates, and collaborating with Project Managers to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Key Responsibilities: • Interpret architectural drawings, specs, and bid documents • Prepare detailed, competitive estimates for materials and labor • Collaborate with project managers and suppliers to gather accurate pricing • Track costs and identify savings opportunities • Participate in bid reviews and post-bid evaluations • Maintain organized documentation throughout the estimating process 🎯 What We're Looking For We're looking for someone with sharp attention to detail and a strong grasp of commercial construction practices, ideally with experience in architectural hardware.
