Thayer Design Build is seeking an experienced Project Developer to lead pre-construction planning for high-quality residential remodels in the mid-Willamette Valley. This role is critical to our success and is best suited for someone who understands residential construction deeply and values organization, accountability, and follow-through. About the Role You’ll guide projects from design into construction by developing scopes, budgets, schedules, and permit-ready documentation. You’ll work closely with designers, trade partners, and our production team to translate design intent into clear, buildable plans within a disciplined, high-performance process.
