Flexible schedule – choose when you work Direct Support Professional Sub Location: Benco | Corvallis, OR Starting Wage: $18.00-$22.08/hr. Benco is looking for someone who is excited to work with the residents and bring positiveness to their everyday lives. What You'll Do • Work positively with coworkers, residents, families, and community partners. • Support resident rights, privacy, independence, and community involvement. • Assist residents with daily living needs, personal care, appointments, and activities. • Help maintain a clean, safe, and supportive home environment. • Administer medications and follow care plans, policies, and state regulations. • Complete required documentation and reports accurately and on time. • Safeguard resident and program finances. • Attend required meetings and trainings. • Assist with lifting and transfers as needed (up to 60 lbs.) • Participate in on-call/pager rotation as required. • Perform other duties as assigned. Preferred: • Experience working in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) field.
