Stable, team-oriented environment We are a framing general contractor seeking a detail oriented Bookkeeper with strong Quickbooks experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations. Construction industry experience is highly preferred. Responsibilities: • Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable • Process payroll & subcontractor payments • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations • Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet) • Track retainage, progress billing and vendor compliance documents • Create estimates Qualifications: • 2+ years bookkeeping experience (construction preferred) • Proficiency in QuickBooks desktop • Knowledge of job costing & payroll processing • Strong organizational skills & communication skills • Proficient in Excel We offer competitive pay based on experience and a stable, team oriented environment.
