UAB is an internionally renowned and the first Health Promoting University in the United Stes.  Our campus dining program includes multiple retail outlets, high-end cering, and residential dining.  UAB has an ambitious client with incredible vision, engagement, innovion, and creivity.   Reporting to the Campus Executive Chef, The Executive Chef 2 will be involved in all culinary aspects of the cering operion. The ideal candide will be an energetic, polished culinary professional with fine dining experience. Our Executive Chef 2 will manage menu planning, ordering, inventory and follow recipe adherence to maintain culinary standards and manage food safety. The ability to flex throughout the day between hands-on cooking and mentoring frontline team members' sense of ownership in the business and developing their skills to cree a talent pipeline will be a primary responsibility for this leader.
