Summary: Seeking an experienced full-time sewing team lead supervisor/pattern-maker for high-volume and custom production work. Highlights: 1. Work with commercial sewing machines and various materials At Barsony Holsters, we manufacture functional and quality concealment holsters from Cordura nylon and 100% cowhide leather. We are family owned and operated since 2004 and are based out of Oregon but expanded to Cleveland, OH. We are looking for a full-time experienced sewing team lead supervisor/pattern-maker. We offer competitive salary that will be determined and discussed based on experience and skill level. General work week is Monday to Friday - 8 hour shifts; however one must be open to work occasionally Saturday’s and if needed, overtime. Duties: Supervising about 4-6 people on the floor in production and assembly High-volume production Custom production work Pattern-making Skills: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, professional leadership Must be knowledgeable around commercial sewing machines and have at least 2 years’ experience with commercial sewing and production management. Must have experience sewing Cordura nylon and light to medium weight leather materials. Experience with supply ordering, forecasting & budgeting.
