Remodeling Worker Needed – Residential (Kitchens, Bathrooms, Full Remodels) I’m not looking for just a helper or someone I have to babysit all day. I need someone who can think, follow instructions, and work on their own when needed, but also work with a team. I do residential remodeling—mainly kitchens and bathrooms—but also full interior and exterior work. Looking for someone who’s willing to work and learn, and takes pride in what they do. Type of Work Includes: Interior: Kitchen and bathroom remodels Drywall (hang, tape, repair) Trim work and basic carpentry Flooring (tile, vinyl, etc.) Tile work (showers, backsplashes, floors) Interior painting Exterior: Siding work Installing windows and doors Exterior painting General exterior repairs No roofing General: Demo (gutting areas) Job site cleanup Using hand and power tools Helping complete jobs from start to finish What I’m Looking For: Good work ethic (show up and be ready to work) Can follow instructions without being told the same thing over and over Can work alone or with others Some experience preferred, but willing to train the right person Requirements: Must have your own tools Transportation: Having transportation is a big plus If not, it can be worked out Pay: Starting at $14/hour Paid in cash every Friday This is just to get your foot in the door.
