About This Role
TGAE Group is seeking a highly creative Motion Designer to bring our campaigns, brand systems, and digital experiences to life through polished, performance-driven animation. You will transform strategy and static design into high-impact motion assets for paid media, social, web, and client presentations while helping elevate the visual standard of our creative output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and animate high-performing motion assets for paid campaigns, social media, website content, sales collateral, and brand launches
- Translate static brand systems and campaign concepts into scalable animation frameworks and reusable templates
- Partner with creative, strategy, and client-facing teams to develop storyboards, styleframes, and final deliverables
- Create polished explainers, product promos, kinetic typography sequences, logo animations, and short-form ad variations
- Optimize assets across multiple aspect ratios, platform specs, and audience segments without sacrificing craft or consistency
- Incorporate performance insights and stakeholder feedback to iterate quickly on creative concepts and final outputs
- Maintain organized project files, asset libraries, version control, and rigorous quality assurance standards across all deliverables
Requirements:
- 4+ years of motion design experience within a digital agency, media brand, production studio, or high-growth in-house creative team
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Strong portfolio demonstrating motion systems, paid social creative, explainers, kinetic typography, and brand storytelling
- Excellent understanding of timing, pacing, transitions, composition, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Experience adapting creative for modern digital channels including Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and display
- Ability to collaborate closely with designers, strategists, copywriters, and video editors in a remote production workflow
- Working knowledge of Figma, template-based production, and light 3D or Lottie animation is strongly preferred
