This position requires someone with strong judgment, initiative, and the ability to represent our company in front of clients, understand their needs, and turn them into effective strategies, campaigns, and content. 💖 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Solid experience managing social media accounts for businesses or clients. • Direct experience managing, communicating with, and following up with clients. • Ability to develop content and marketing strategies. • Experience creating and planning content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms. • Ability to present proposals, ideas, and campaigns to clients. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with different types of businesses. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects at the same time. • Creativity, initiative, and strong knowledge of digital trends. • Confidence and comfort in front of the camera when needed. • Availability to visit clients and travel when required. • Own vehicle and valid driver’s license. ✨ MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage social media accounts for our company and our clients. • Create content strategies and content calendars. • Develop marketing campaigns and digital proposals. • Visit clients, learn about their businesses, and identify opportunities for growth. • Present ideas, concepts, and strategies professionally. • Coordinate reels, photography, videos, stories, and promotional content. • Follow up with clients, campaigns, and ongoing projects. • Analyze content performance and recommend improvements. • Work closely with our design and production team. • Learn and participate in branding, printing, signage, advertising, and graphic production projects. 🌸 THE PROFILE WE’RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a professional with a fresh, feminine, modern, and professional image, with personality, confidence, and the ability to connect naturally with clients and audiences.
