Description

1. Inventory & Cost Control Lead inventory reconciliation and cost control, maintaining ≥98% accuracy. Optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization to reduce handling costs. Track inventory shrinkage, analyze cost variances, and provide actionable improvements. 2. Process & System Optimization Develop and enforce SOPs for receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. Drive WMS/ERP system implementation to ensure real-time visibility and accountability. Continuously improve operational efficiency and reduce errors and waste. 3. Leadership & Safety Management Supervise and train staff to maintain high productivity and accuracy. Conduct bilingual (English/Mandarin) communication and coaching. Implement and enforce OSHA safety standards, ensuring a safe, organized, and compliant workplace. Lead safety drills and promote a culture of safety awareness. 4. Cross-Cultural Coordination Coordinate effectively with the Chinese management team, with assistance from a bilingual support staff. Be proactive in bridging communication gaps and aligning warehouse operations with HQ standards.
