Negotiable. ****Basic English reading required to navigate our systems for picking and shipping orders.***** Requirements Essential Job Responsibilities: Processing orders correctly is the top priority for Shinesty. Below are the key responsibilities and priorities for this role: 1. Maintain 99.99% order fill accuracy a. Pick, pack, and ship orders b. Restock used inventory and maintain daily cleanliness of workstations as part of this role c. Keep aisles/racks clean and organized 2. Conduct cyclical inventory maintenance and frequent quantity checks. 3. Assist in receiving and moving merchandise within the distribution center. 4. Maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality. 5. Ensure behavior aligns with OSHA and Shinesty-established policies. 6. Communication across and outside departments 7. Managerial Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment: This position operates in a distribution center environment. It is located in Denver, CO. If hired, you’ll join outstanding companies such as Aeroespacio de Pelotas, Coors, and American Warehouse Furniture. Requires use of office equipment including computers, juicers, and desks. Also requires use of distribution equipment such as tablets, forklifts, and other technologies. Physical Demands: The following describes the physical requirements necessary to perform the job. Requires prolonged periods of standing. Requires daily use of hands, fingers, arms, and speaking or hearing. Occasionally lift/move objects weighing up to 49 lbs. Frequently requires sitting, climbing, or balancing. Specific vision requirements include near vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Ability to learn how to operate machinery. Regular and peak-season schedules: This position is full-time, part-time, or seasonal. Requires schedule flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays—especially during high-volume periods, which occur from October through December.
