NCAT Campus | Full-Time | $58,926.40/year What You’ll Do: Teach face-to-face hands-on labs and classroom sessions on surface prep, application, and coating technologies. Keep it real by incorporating industry standards, safety practices, and emerging technologies into your instruction. Develop and refine curriculum that keeps students aligned with FAA, KBOR, and WSU Tech expectations. Collaborate with industry pros, vendors, and advisory teams to keep programs sharp and relevant. Take pride in mentoring future technicians, helping students build both skills and confidence. Champion safety, maintain high-tech labs, and help students learn with the best tools available. Associate degree preferred. Experience & Skills: 3–5 years of current experience in aviation paint/coating. Strong understanding of aviation assembly and surface finishing. Experience training or mentoring adults a plus—but passion and people skills are even better. Must meet or maintain any relevant certifications for the field.
