Summary: Coronado Condominiums is seeking a Night Watchman to patrol the property, manage parking, and observe and report nighttime events. Highlights: 1. Patrol property twice hourly 2. Issue temporary and overnight parking passes 3. Address noise violations and observe/report events Coronado Condominiums is looking for a Night Watchman for two nights a week. Friday and Saturday nights 7pm - 12am Duties include but not limited to: Patrolling the property twice every hour, issuing temporary parking passes/over night passes, deal with noise violations, basically observe and report the nights events. The position pays $17.00 per hour. Persons with a security background preferred but required.
