Monitor vehicles entering and exiting the property. Verify authorized access and maintain visitor and vehicle logs as directed. Remain alert, visible, and attentive while monitoring the entrance. Complete Daily Activity Reports and any incident reports using a smartphone. Immediately report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or emergencies to dispatch and law enforcement when appropriate. Provide professional customer service to employees, vendors, and authorized visitors. Minimum Qualifications Valid California BSIS Guard Card (Required). Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required). Ability to operate a smartphone for electronic reporting. Excellent observation and communication skills. Professional appearance and dependable attendance. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable transportation to and from the assignment.
