Summary: Seeking a full-time doorman with strong customer service and communication skills to support a lakefront condominium building. Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work in a lakefront condominium building 2. On-the-job training provided for motivated candidates 3. Union position with Local 1 Full time doorman needed for lakefront condominium building in Wilmette. Must possess strong customer service skills, valid IL driver license, strong work ethic, and demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills in English. Experienced preferred but will train. Rate of pay is about $22 to $23 per hr. depending on experience, this is a union position Local 1. Swing Shift is four days on 2nd shift (3p-11p - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday) and one day on 1st shift (7a-3p Thursday). Thorough background check includes personal references, U.S. criminal and driving record check, as well as drug test.
