Ability to provide excellent customer service/concierge services. Full time & Part-time employment. Must be able to pass a drug test & background check. We need someone who comes to work with a friendly and positive attitude every day and is ready to take on new challenges. Duties and Responsibilities: Some duties & responsibilities involve responding to emergencies, facilitating house rules, security surveillance, and concierge service. Required Education and Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in general computer use and in software programs (e.g. MS Word and MS Office) • Current guard license required Benefits (Full-time Position Only): • Complete Health Plan that includes medical, dental, and prescription benefits. • 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year of service. 15 days paid vacation after 3 years of service. 20 days of paid vacation after 6 years of service. • 10 paid holidays. • Paid sick leave. • 401k plan.
