Maintain a calm demeanor in high-stress situations SECURITY POSITION: We provide security in downtown Portland for several bars as well as commercial accounts and we do private events throughout the community. Looking to hire P.T positions that could potentially turn into FT schedules as well as team members for our on-call roster for private events or call outs. Qualifications: - At least 21 years of age. - DPPST certified or willing to invest into getting certified. - Able to work nights and weekends. - Able to provide excellent customer service. - Reliable and punctual. - Well-groomed and physically fit. - Must be able to keep a calm demeanor even in high stress situations. - Able to de-escalate verbal confrontations as well as intervene in physical confrontations when necessary. - Able to work independently as well as with a team. - Understanding and willingness to maintain professional boundaries. - Able to take direction from management - Can keep a clear mind, professional attitude, and have integrity to not only represent our company but also the venues we have partnerships with.
