Pay Re: $22.84 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSun07:00 AM - 03:00 PMHow This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designed site and weekly shift th serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling plform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you. This role is ideal for candides seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities an aerospace and defense locion. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicing with supervisors and/or local authorities as approprie. Conduct regular and random prols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor informion, and support restricted area access procedures in accordance with site policies. Complete routine reports, logs, and/or incident documention, and communice security-reled concerns, maintenance issues, and policy violions to the approprie personnel. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. An active DoD Top Secret clearance is required. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
