Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, entry points, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and verify credentials in accordance with site procedures, documenting and reporting unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as needed. Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while following applicable armed-post procedures and company policies. Minimum Requirements: Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree. Possess an armed guard card or license. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
