You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Thur03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at a financial institution. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, surrounding property, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and follow established procedures for visitor screening, employee access, and deliveries. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations and actions taken. Carry and maintain authorized equipment in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, site policies, and Allied Universal procedures. Minimum Requirements: Possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit. Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, 2 years of security-related supervisor/manager experience, or 3 years of security-related experience. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
