Develops and administers the organization's security-training programs to all employees within area of responsibility. Conducts facility inspections to ensure compliance with the organization's established operating procedures and local, state, and federal regulations, and corrects any deficiencies. Essential duties and responsibilities, shown below, will vary accordingly based on assignment.  What You’ll Do:  Conducts facility inspections to ensure compliance with the organization's established operating procedures and local, state, and federal regulations, and corrects any deficiencies.  Develops and administers the organization's security-training programs to all employees.  Responsible to oversee the activities of the guard services.  Serves as liaison with applicable law enforcement and other regulatory agencies and provides expert court testimony in cases involving the organization.  Conducts security audits on the organization's various functions.  Oversees and conducts investigations involving theft the organization's property and/or fraud involving rental agreements.  Ensures monthly security goals are being achieved.  Travel Requirements: Frequent travel is required.    Perks You’ll Get:  Access to Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability insurance  Eligible to elect other voluntary benefits including: Group Legal, Identity Theft, Accident Insurance, FSA, additional life insurance coverages  Contribute up to $270 as a tax-free benefit for public transportation or parking expenses  401(k) Retirement Plan with company matched contributions  Full training to learn the business and enhance professional skills  Employee discounts, including discounted prices on the purchase of Avis/Budget cars  Access to an Employee Assistance Program for services including counseling, financial and legal consultation, referrals for care service and more  Community involvement opportunities    What We’re Looking For:  Associates Degree required, Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.  Minimum of 10 years in investigation, security, or law enforcement function preferred  Knowledge of criminal investigation procedures, law enforcement operations, legal system, local/state/federal regulatory agencies, personnel training methods and auditing procedures.  Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.  Strong Microsoft Office applications.  Requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and ability to manage teams  Travel Requirements: Frequent travel is required.  The annual starting salary for this position is $75,000+ annually.
