Security Officers will be responsible for helping maintain the safety and security of employees, visitors, vehicles, and company property. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, professional, alert, and comfortable working independently. Available Schedules Officer #1 * Monday–Wednesday: 2:00 PM–12:00 AM * Thursday–Friday: OFF * Saturday–Sunday: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM Officer #2 * Monday: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM * Tuesday–Wednesday: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM * Thursday–Friday: OFF * Saturday–Sunday: 6:00 AM–4:00 PM Applicants must be able to work the full schedule for the position they are applying for. Job Responsibilities * Monitor facility entrances and control access to the property. * Verify employee badges/IDs and screen visitors, vendors, and contractors. * Conduct routine security patrols throughout the facility and parking areas. * Monitor parking areas and report violations or suspicious activity. * Inspect doors, gates, buildings, and surrounding areas. * Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies. * Complete accurate security and incident reports. * Use a mobile device to complete required checkpoint scans. * Maintain communication with management and other security officers. * Arrive on time and **remain at your assigned post until properly relieved. * Maintain a professional, respectful, and alert presence at all times. Qualifications * Previous security experience preferred. * Experience in military, law enforcement, warehouse, or manufacturing environments is also a plus. * Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required. * Strong communication and observation skills. * Dependable transportation and excellent attendance. * Comfortable using a mobile device. * Ability to work independently and follow established security procedures. * Valid security license/certification if required for the position. Physical Requirements * Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. * Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. * Must be able to perform routine patrols throughout a manufacturing facility and parking areas. Pay is $17.00 per hour.
