Key Responsibilities • Resident & Guest Safety: Maintain a secure and comfortable atmosphere by monitoring entry points, patrolling common areas, and responding promptly to safety concerns. • Access Control: Manage visitor check ins, verify credentials, and ensure only authorized individuals enter the property. • Patrol & Surveillance: Conduct scheduled and unscheduled foot patrols; monitor CCTV and alarm systems to identify unusual activity. • Incident Response: Address disturbances, emergencies, and safety hazards with calm, clear judgment; coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services when needed. • Customer Service: Offer courteous assistance to residents and guests, including directions, escorts, and general support while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and maintenance observations; communicate concerns to property management. • Property Protection: Observe and report maintenance issues, security vulnerabilities, and environmental hazards to ensure the community remains safe and well kept. • Policy Enforcement: Uphold community rules, parking regulations, and safety protocols with fairness and respect.
