Focus on identifying and reporting suspicious activity and property issues We are looking for a dependable individual to perform nightly drive-through checks of approximately 7-8 commercial properties located close to one another in the Columbus area. Military, former military, law-enforcement, security, or similar experience is preferred. Responsibilities include: Drive through each assigned property every night Check parking lots, buildings, and exterior areas for suspicious or unusual activity Watch for trespassing, vandalism, loitering, damaged doors/windows, unusual vehicles, or other security concerns Take a photo at each property to document the nightly check Photograph and report any property issues noticed during the route, such as damaged lights, doors, signs, landscaping, trash, leaks, building damage, or other maintenance concerns Discuss any property or security concerns with management as needed Immediately report anything that appears urgent or concerning Contact law enforcement when appropriate Provide a brief nightly report confirming all assigned properties were checked This is primarily an observation, documentation, and reporting position. You are not expected to physically confront or engage anyone. Pay: $100 per night The properties are located relatively close to one another, making this a straightforward nightly route. Applicants must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, a working cell phone, and be dependable enough to complete the route every night as scheduled.
