Position Summary Executive Protection Services (EPS) is seeking highly motivated, disciplined, and professional Armed Residential Security Officers to protect high-profile clients, private residences, and high-net-worth families throughout the Los Angeles area. This position requires individuals who are committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment while providing exceptional customer service with professionalism, discretion, and integrity. Officers must possess excellent judgment, strong situational awareness, and the ability to respond calmly and effectively in dynamic situations. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and understand that residential security is about preventing problems before they occur—not simply reacting to them. Monitor and control access to the property. Verify visitors, vendors, and deliveries. Conduct routine and random foot and vehicle patrols. Protect clients, guests, residences, and assets. Monitor CCTV and alarm systems (when assigned). Identify and report suspicious activity. Complete Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and Incident Reports accurately. Respond appropriately to emergencies, disturbances, and medical incidents. Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary. Enforce client-specific security protocols and post orders. Maintain confidentiality regarding all client information and security procedures. Minimum Qualifications Valid California BSIS Guard Registration Valid California BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit Current California Driver License with a clean driving record High school diploma or GED Ability to pass a background investigation Ability to legally possess and carry a firearm while on duty Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods Preferred Qualifications Military, law enforcement, or executive protection experience Residential security or estate security experience CPR/AED and First Aid Certification Defensive driving training De-escalation training Surveillance or access control experience Physical Requirements Walk, stand, and patrol for extended periods Lift up to 50 pounds when necessary Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Respond quickly during emergencies Maintain a professional appearance at all times Why Join EPS?
