We are a rapidly expanding family-owned and operated private security company seeking qualified Dispatchers to work in our Dispatch Center. Alliance has a manned 24/7 dispatch center with a Supervisor on duty at all times of the day. These positions offer excellent starting salaries for qualified candidates. These shifts will include overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts. All persons considered for these positions will have weekend availability. REQUIREMENTS: • Reliable transportation to and from work • Personal cell phone • Dispatch experience (phone, radio, CCTV, alarm, scheduling) • Prior security experience preferred • Strong communication skills • Experience with Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) • Report writing capabilities • Flexible work availability • Ability to pass a CORI/SORI check • High School diploma or equivalent PRIMARY JOB DUTIES: • Maintain access control to a secure facility • Maintain a fully accurate log during your shift • Report Writing/Incident Reporting • Conflict management/resolution • Emergency/Incident Response CONTACT: 617-387-1261 for a phone interview and follow-up face-to-face interview.
