Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observions and communicing with site contacts and/or local authorities when approprie. Conduct regular and random armed prols throughout the locion, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access, and support cash handling, opening, closing, and other sensitive operional periods in accordance with site procedures. Maintain a professional presence while identifying and reporting security-reled concerns, hazards, maintenance issues, and/or policy violions to help support daily operions. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. An armed guard card or license is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
