Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Job Summary: We are seeking professional, reliable, and alert Part-Time Security Officers for weekends and late nights to provide security services at nightclub and entertainment venues. Officers will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patrons, staff, and property while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, violence, and other disturbances • Enforce venue rules, policies, and applicable laws • Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and emergencies • Manage crowd control and assist with entry and exit procedures • Observe, report, and document incidents accurately and thoroughly • Communicate effectively with venue management, law enforcement, and emergency responders when necessary Qualifications & Requirements: • Must possess a valid DC Security Officer license or have the ability to obtain a Security Officer (SO) license within 60 days of hire • Ability to work effectively in both cold and hot weather conditions • Strong time-management skills and reliability • Flexibility to work with short notice • Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Professional appearance and demeanor • Prior security, nightclub, or customer service experience preferred but not required Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience How to Apply: Interested candidates should submit their application and contact information for consideration.
