Summary: This role is for a Lobby Security Officer who will be the primary point of contact, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and secure environment through excellent customer service. Customer service is the most important part of this job The Lobby Security Officer serves as the primary point of contact and first line of defense at the main entrance of our facility. You will maintain a welcoming, professional, and secure environment by greeting guests, monitoring visitor access, and responding swiftly to security concerns or emergencies. Customer service is the most important part of this job You must be friendly, exceptionally professional and display patience all while smiling and greeting anyone who enters the building Your license must be active if you do not have a security guard license but you do have great customer service skills we are willing to refer you to an accredited training academy if you are hired but you must be willing to cover the cost of your fingerprints This position is Monday-Friday Do not apply if you do not speak proper fluent English
