Act as a crucial communication and coordination link Command International Security Services is now hiring a dependable and flexible Patrol Supervisor/Rover to support multiple posts and ensure smooth security operations across various locations. This is a dynamic position ideal for someone who is proactive, a strong team player, and ready to adapt to changing needs. Position: Field Supervisor/Rover Location: Van Nuys, CA 91405 . Shifts: Monday-Tuesday 6pm-3am Thursday, Friday, Saturday 2pm-11pm Shifts: Wednesday-Sunday 10pm-7am Rate: $22-22.25 What You’ll Do: -Patrol and check on assigned security posts to ensure coverage, safety, and proper guard conduct. -Deliver equipment or materials to posts as needed. -Fill in for guards who call out or are late to ensure uninterrupted security coverage. -Be available and willing to adjust or cover additional shifts as required. -Act as the go-to team member for support, communication, and coordination between management and on-site guards. -Remain alert and professional while representing the company across various client sites. -Respond promptly and effectively to incidents or emergencies, following protocol. -Keep detailed and accurate shift reports and activity logs. Requirements: -Valid California BSIS Security Guard License (Guard Card) is REQUIRED. -Must have power to arrest certificate -Minimum of 10-15 years of security experience preferred. -Must have reliable transportation to Van Nuys, CA -Must have a good driving record and be comfortable traveling between posts. -Must be a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing schedules. -Must be able to work schedule posted, including weekends. -Strong communication and decision-making skills. -Must be in full uniform and comply with all post orders and company standards.
