Engage in snow removal and landscaping duties We are seeking a full-time building Janitorial Porter to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment. Responsibilities: • Keep building in clean and orderly condition; interior & exterior • Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and apartments • Perform routine maintenance/ janitorial tasks • Organize custodial closets and spaces • Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment • Snow and ice removal • Landscaping: mowing lawn, etc. • Knowledge of NYC recycling laws Qualifications: • Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields • Ability to handle physical workload; lift 50+ lbs. • Strong attention to detail • Strong organizational skills • Working experience with buffing/floor machines • Working experience with automatic compactor machines • Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English. Salary: • Pay starting at $19 per hour • 8-hour shifts on Tues, Wed, Thur, Fri & Sat.
