This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff while providing a visible security presence. Responsibilities Monitor entrances and exits to ensure a safe environment. Verify IDs and control access to the establishment. Patrol the premises and identify potential safety concerns. De-escalate conflicts using professional communication. Remove disruptive individuals when necessary, following company procedures. Work closely with management and local law enforcement when needed. Complete incident reports accurately and promptly. Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old. High school diploma or GED preferred.
