Maintain high standards of conduct and discretion in a private residence Position Overview We are seeking highly qualified, experienced, and professional Armed Executive Protection Officers to join the security team at an exclusive private estate in Palm Beach, Florida. This position requires more than traditional security experience. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate exceptional judgment, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to provide a high level of protection and service in a private residential environment. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in executive protection, armed security, law enforcement, or military service and understand the importance of confidentiality, reliability, and attention to detail. Schedule & Compensation Starting Pay: $30 per hour, with consideration based on experience and qualifications. Overnight shifts available. Full-time and part-time opportunities. Schedule includes three overnight shifts. Private estate environment in Palm Beach, Florida. Key Responsibilities Provide armed residential security and executive protection for private clients. Conduct routine interior and exterior security patrols of the estate and surrounding grounds. Provide safe, professional, and discreet transportation for clients, including appointments, events, and airport transfers. Monitor property access, visitors, vendors, and deliveries. Maintain a high level of situational awareness and proactively identify potential security concerns. Monitor security cameras, alarms, and other property protection systems. Respond appropriately to emergencies, security incidents, and unexpected situations. Maintain accurate daily activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications. Coordinate professionally with estate management, household staff, and outside service providers. Perform additional security-related duties as needed to support the safety, privacy, and daily operations of the residence. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in armed security, executive protection, law enforcement, or military service. Valid Florida Class D and Class G Security Licenses required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening. Excellent communication skills and professional appearance. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Dependable, punctual, observant, and capable of working independently. Reliable personal transportation. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding clients, guests, property operations, and private information. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience providing security for luxury private residences, high-profile individuals, or executive clients. Experience in protective driving and secure transportation. Prior law enforcement or military experience. Training in emergency response, CPR, First Aid, or defensive tactics.
