Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observions and reporting concerns through proper channels. Conduct regular and random armed prols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas while interacting with customers, visitors, and staff in a professional manner and supporting access control practices. Assist with de-escalion, follow post orders, and coordine with local law enforcement and/or emergency personnel when situions require additional response. Minimum Requirements: Be least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Level III Armed Guard Card is required in Texas only. CPR and First Aid certificion is preferred and may be completed post hire. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigion in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applicions with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participe in industry-specific security training programs.
