Position Type: Full Time Pay Re: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue11:59 PM - 08:00 AMWed11:59 PM - 08:00 AMThur11:59 PM - 08:00 AMFri11:59 PM - 08:00 AM Wh You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-reled procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities approprie to a financial services locion. Monitor front desk activity, greet and direct visitors, and help to verify identificion, visitor records, and access permissions in accordance with locion protocols. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situions in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, and communice relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Observe lobby and entrance activity, help to deter unauthorized access, and document security-reled concerns, visitor interactions, and/or incidents according to site expections. Support daily front desk operions by answering questions, providing directions, and maintaining awareness of access control systems, alarms, and/or other security-reled equipment the locion. Minimum Requirements: Possess a Level III Armed Guard in Texas. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer and/or tablet. Be least 21 years of age.  Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
