We are looking for a low-voltage technician with a solid technical foundation who is interested in growing into access control, intercoms, and commercial security systems. Previous hands-on low-voltage wiring experience is required. You do not need to already know every access control platform we use. We are willing to train the right person on specific systems and products. What matters most is that you already understand the basics of low-voltage wiring, field installation, and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot low-voltage wiring Install and service access control systems, readers, controllers, power supplies, electric locks, and related equipment Install and service intercom and entry systems Troubleshoot wiring, devices, power, and communication issues Work on commercial access control and security projects throughout the Bay Area Maintain clean and professional installations Preferred Experience Experience with Brivo, Verkada, PDK, or similar access control systems is a plus and will be given preference, but it is not required. Experience with access control panels, readers, controllers, power supplies, relays, REX devices, door position switches, intercoms, or electrified locking hardware is also a plus. Previous experience in the locksmith, door hardware, or commercial hardware industry is considered a bonus. We are willing to teach the right candidate our systems, products, and installation methods.
