Perform well test pumping and well rehabilitation Responsibilities: Operate and maintain water well pump rig and support equipment Safely and efficiently install, remove, and repair well pump components like turbines, boosters, motors, and submersibles Set up and dismantle equipment at job sites Ensure proper functioning of equipment and perform routine maintenance Ability to install, remove, and perform basic repairs to AC electrical panels and equipment Ability to perform well test pumping Experience in rehabilitation of wells Follow safety guidelines and adhere to OSHA regulations Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations Read and write (English) - Bilingual Follow written & verbal procedures Follow & execute procedures both at the facility and in-field Skills to complete work orders & paperwork Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience operating pump rigs Proficient in rigging, forklift operation, and heavy equipment operation Knowledge of mechanical systems and troubleshooting Commercial driving experience preferred Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting Experience with well pump rig operation preferred Benefits: Competitive salary with minimum 45hrs per week Health, dental, and vision insurance 401K Opportunities for professional development and training Job Type: Full-time
