Work in a fast-paced team environment We are seeking reliable full time delivery drivers with experience operating trucks or step vans (CDL not required). If you have at least 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience within the past 3 years using a similar sized vehicle such as a 14ft+ box truck, straight truck, or step van. Requirements • Must be 21 years or older • Valid driver’s license • Eligible to work in the U.S. • Minimum 1 year verifiable commercial driving experience (within the last 3 years) • Ability to pass a road test, medical exam, and drug screening • Physically capable of lifting up to 70 lbs Responsibilities • Load and unload packages efficiently • Deliver packages safely and on time • Maintain professionalism and care in handling deliveries • Perform additional duties as assigned Skills & Abilities • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety procedures • Strong attention to detail for sorting and delivering packages accurately • Comfortable using scanners and reading labels/routes • Ability to operate basic equipment (hand trucks, dollies, scanners) • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Driving Record Qualifications • No DWI/DUI • No license suspensions or revocations • No reckless or aggressive driving violations (e.g., excessive speeding) • No more than 2 moving violations • No cell phone-related driving violations within the past 3 years Schedule & Benefits • Full time, Monday–Friday • Start time: 7:00 AM (until route completion) • Company truck provided • Paid sick time 📍 Work Location: FedEx, 1 Johnson Rd, Lawrence, NY 11559
