Conditional Job Offers may be presented on the Same Day of your Interview!     Who You Are:  As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely opering a transit motor vehicle, providing reliable and efficient public transportion.    Wh's In it for YOU:  City of Cerritos contract-Dial-A-Ride Service (no CDL required) starting hourly wage: $20.50 per hour Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance for qualified candides)  Company provides personal protection equipment (PPE) as the safety and well-being of our employees and the passengers we serve remains our #1 priority!   Qualificions: Driver Minimum Requirements:  Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.  Possess excellent communicion and decision-making skills.  Must be able to assist passengers including those who use walkers, wheelchairs, and/or other mobility devices on and off the vehicle. Must be able to transport passengers with disabilities including providing door to door service when required. Must be able to safely and professionally manage conflict and/or difficult situions involving passengers. Must be able to accept and accurely record passenger fares including cash, tickets, passes, and transfers.
