Small-team atmosphere within a locally owned company WENATCHEE VALLEY SHUTTLE & CHARTERS IS HIRING CDL DRIVERS Looking for a professional driving position where every day is a little different? Wenatchee Valley Shuttle & Charters is hiring experienced CDL Class B drivers for both full-time and part-time positions. We operate daily SeaTac Airporter service and private charters throughout the Pacific Northwest and Canada, including weddings, concerts, athletic teams, tours, conferences and other group events. This position is about more than driving. Our drivers are the face of our company and play an important role in making sure every passenger feels safe, comfortable and taken care of. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement • Current DOT Medical Certification Card • At least one year of commercial driving experience • Clean driving record and background • Ability to pass a DOT drug test and physical • Must meet company insurance requirements • Must be at least 25 years old • Professional appearance and attitude • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to safely lift and handle luggage weighing up to 55 pounds • Ability to use a smartphone and company apps for schedules, passenger rosters and electronic logging • Reliable transportation to our Wenatchee location • Eligibility and required documentation to travel into Canada Motorcoach and winter-driving experience are preferred. Experienced passenger drivers who are willing to learn motorcoach operation are also encouraged to apply. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Safely transport passengers while following DOT, FMCSA, UTC and company safety requirements • Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections • Assist passengers with boarding and luggage • Keep trips on schedule and communicate possible delays • Account for passengers and properly record no-shows • Provide friendly and professional customer service • Keep assigned vehicles clean and presentable • Check tires, lights, oil and other basic vehicle conditions • Follow all company safety procedures and driving practices Retired professional drivers looking to continue using their experience are encouraged to apply.
