Summary: This role involves completing scheduled deliveries, securing loads, assisting with loading/unloading, completing paperwork, and delivering excellent customer service as a CDL A driver. Drive late-model equipment with the latest technology Minimum Qualifications: Must be 21 years of age 1 year of verifiable CDL A driving experience Flatbed experience Required Valid Class A CDL with a current DOT Medical Card Must have doubles Endorsement Must be able to read and speak English No DOT preventable recordable accidents in the last 3 years Ability to pass DOT drug test Responsibilities: Complete deliveries on schedule and interface with customers effectively Secures load and/or inspects load to ensure it has been properly secured Assist in loading and unloading Completes paperwork as required Participates in safety trainings and meetings Deliver excellent customer service All other duties as assigned UFP Industries is North America's largest purchaser of softwood lumber and one of the nation's leading manufacturers and distributors of pressure-treated lumber and related building products.
