Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day management and operations of assigned properties. Maintain and improve the property’s overall appearance and functionality. Handle leasing processes, including showing units, processing applications, and conducting lease signings. Address tenant inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Manage budgets, forecasts, and property financials, ensuring adherence to policy and maximization of profit. Coordinate maintenance and repairs, overseeing contractors and maintenance staff. Implement marketing strategies to maximize occupancy rates. Prepare regular reports on property performance and resident satisfaction. Requirements Qualifications: Three or more years of experience in property management. Strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
