Foundry Lofts is a student apartment building completed in 2016, located approximately a 5-minute walk from the University of Michigan's Central Campus. The apartment features a 24-hour access control system and surveillance system, maintains its own in-house maintenance team, and boasts modern interior finishes. Amenities include a fitness center, hot tub, tanning bed, rooftop garden, barbecue grills, outdoor fire pit, study room, computer lab, printers, and a communal lounge area with a ping-pong table. Each unit is fully furnished and includes in-unit washer and dryer, a television, a wardrobe, and FOB access.
