Maintain a professional working environment for the client Recording Engineer — Manhattan & Brooklyn Sound Studios is a high-volume recording studio with locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn, offering vocal recording, editing, mixing, and mastering. We're hiring recording engineers for upcoming day and night shift openings. Responsibilities - Track, edit, and mix client sessions - Adapt when a session's scope or direction changes - Keep sessions on schedule and running smoothly - Maintain a professional working environment for the client Qualifications - Hands-on studio experience recording in Pro Tools required - Solid grasp of signal flow and mixing fundamentals - Ability to edit and arrange efficiently - Comfortable working independently; reliable and punctual - Strong communication skills Job Details - Shifts: Day (11AM-8PM) or Night (7PM-4AM); full availability for your shift required - Weekends: Most openings include weekend shifts, so weekend availability is required - Pay: Starting at $17.50/hr, with room to grow - Location: Applicants must live in the NYC area or already be in the process of moving here.
