Enjoy creating network-level cinematic content 3. Opportunity to refine edits and ensure client satisfaction We are looking for freelance editors to join our team for editing actor reel scenes. This is ongoing project-based work for someone who is dependable, professional, and enjoys creating network-level cinematic content. Scenes have about 45-60 minutes worth of footage, and would be edited down to a 2-3 minute scene (you'll have the screenplay and just need to choose good takes). Each scene pays $175 starting, with more possible as experience and skill level grows. We have lots of scenes and will send you as many as you can take on, but edits MUST be turned around within about a week whenever possible. This is a recurring gig. Responsibilities: -Edit scripted actor reel scenes, making sure sound, color, and takes look professional and finalized in finished scenes. -2-3 additional passes may be requested (to refine your edit and ensure our clients are happy), but if it's much more than that we will compensate you for additional time. -Upload finalized scenes to a Dropbox folder for our clients to view. Qualifications: -Previous editing experience, specifically with Final Cut Pro X. -Knowledge of film and television editing, and how best to weave together takes for a seamless Final Cut. -Professional attitude with strong communication skills (you will sometimes be put directly in touch with our clients). -Quick turnaround. -BONUS: We need DP's and directors too.
