You dont have to be a pro in this stuff, you could learn as you go. I dont even care about resume stuff as much as you just telling me you want to be a part of this! You are editing the videos & getting teaser clips ready to post to social media, & posting the episodes on YouTube & wherever else podcast content should be. Meanwhile, you are trying to book guests to come be interviewed for future episodes. You also should give advice about decorating the podcast studio, desk/furniture choices, etc Honestly I have ADD & cannot focus on technical stuff especially, so the idea of setting up the equipment and making it all be compatible with each other (headphones and mic and computer and cameras) is mind-numbingly boring to me & I dont have the patience for it. Or to be managing visual stuff on screen while recording an episode and maybe wanting to show something on the screen while im talking about something. You handle all that. You figure it out. Im paying $2,000 a month + have a 5% stake of the podcast revenues when they start coming in. Maybe it would take a year of episodes to get momentum & get advertisers / sponsors to pay, or longer for a Spotify deal, but if and when it comes, you would end up getting alot. So for now I know 2k a month isnt alot, but dont need you full-time. Just need someone to give me some hours a week.... maybe be available to come to the podcast studio once a week to brainstorm & collaborate. It is in Santa Ana by the arts district, next to the train station. After bringing in some revenues from ads/sponsors can increase your monthly pay I want someone that is invested in its success & wants the 5% stake to pay off. The podcast is not political, but I am independent/conservative with a Wikipedia page from headlines long ago & I continue pissing people off online with what looks like rage baiting comments on IG posts i guess, so you have to be fine with working with someone like me :) I do not mind if you are liberal. I watch cnn and msnbc daily and appreciate opposing views. I guess im somewhere controversial of a public figure of sorts? But not really. Everything is just so polarized & politicized these days.
