We build high-end, luxury custom homes, and we need a creative eye to document the journey from an empty lot to a finished masterpiece.We are looking for a current film student or aspiring visual storyteller who loves architecture, design, and social media. You will visit our active construction sites to capture weekly progress, cinematic B-roll, and engaging behind-the-scenes content.If you want to build a portfolio showcasing high-end luxury real estate and grow a brand's social media presence, this role is for you. What You Will Do- *Capture Video & Photo: Film ongoing construction milestones, framing, luxury finishes, and architectural details. *Create Social Content: Edit short-form vertical videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and aesthetic photo carousels. *Tell the Story: Document the craftsmanship and teamwork behind building a luxury home. *Organize Media: Keep footage properly labeled and stored in our shared drives for the marketing team. What We Are Looking For: -Current Student: Enrolled in a film, photography, communications, or related creative program or someone who knows what to do! -Gear Savvy: Comfortable using a DSLR/mirrorless camera, smartphone, and basic lighting or stabilization tools. -Social Native: Active on TikTok and Instagram; you understand pacing, trending audio, and visual hooks. -Self-Starter: Able to work independently on-site and manage your own shoot schedule.
